The Nuki Smart Lock is an electronic, retrofit door lock that can be installed on the inside of the door within a few minutes – without screws or drilling.

How the integration of CheKin & Nuki into the guest registration process work?
1) After a few days before the check-in, your guests will get an email to be able to register online via CheKin’s software and complete de online check-in.
3) There they can sign the rental agreement, validate their identity by taking a selfie and a picture of their ID and pay the tourist tax related to their stay (if features activated).
4) The data will automatically be sent to your local authorities and the required documentation will be generated and stored on our CheKin dashboard for the time needed.
5) Once your guests’ identity is validated this will trigger the sending of instructions to access your property using the Nuki Smart Lock!
