We have a new Remote Access integration: Keycafe

We are happy to announce that our company has a new integration, Keycafe, to offer hosts an alternative for remote access if they don’t have a smart lock on their vacation rental. Thanks to this new integration, guests will be able to pick up the key in a smartbox at a specific location.

Keycafe automates guest access to your property by allowing you to seamlessly manage and track access to your keys using your phone through a key locker nearby. Rest easy knowing access to your keys has been automated.

How the integration work

1) Before the guests arrive, they will receive a link, in which they will be able to register online via CheKin’s software and complete the online check-in.

2) Then, they can sign the rental agreement, validate their identity by taking a selfie and a picture of their ID and pay the tourist tax related to their stay (if features activated).

3) The data will automatically be sent to your local authorities (if it’s mandatory) and all the documentation required will be generated and stored in our CheKin dashboard for the time needed.

4) Once the check-in process is completed, we will send an email to guests with the information they need to pick up the keys either with a code or by using our one-click app.

This integration is an integral solution for many hosts, being able to have a full digital system from the booking till the check-out.
