The strategy consists of evaluating those guests who are under 25 years old, being that those who have less than 3 positive evaluations with the company, will not be able to reserve entire accommodation near their residence, but any accommodation outside their local area; But any guest under the age of 25 will be able to book private and hotel rooms via Airbnb, regardless of where they live.
As for younger guests with at least 3 positive reviews and none negative on Airbnb or who want to book long stays (at least 28 days), they will be able to book entire accommodations in their local area. The platform has found that only 0.03% of stays end with a “significant” claim to the Airbnb Host Guarantee.
