Connect Chekin with BookingSync
We are happy to announce that our company has partnered with BookingSync to offer a fully integrated solution, always to improve customers’ experience.
Many of the accommodation managers use a PMS (Property Management System) for booking management, positioning in different platforms or price management, between other tasks.
At Chekin, our goal is to offer a fully automatic experience from the online check-in process, identity verification, legal registration of guest data, and their self check-in, allowing them to access the accommodation remotely. Therefore, being integrated with PMS, we offer a total synchronization between processes, improving a lot the productivity, saving time in the management and offering an optimal experience to the guest.
BookingSync
BookingSync is a French startup and cloud-based vacation rental management platform. Their goal is to make the lives of vacation rental owners, managers and agencies easier. Whether it’s managing your booking, generating an invoice, accepting a payment, or issuing a contract, BookingSync can handle it.
Centered around simplicity and ease of use, they’ve developed an intuitive software that is a friend to owners and managers during each step of the vacation rental management process.
Thanks to the integration with BookingSync, hosts will be able to significantly reduce the time spent on the check-in process. All the info regarding their listings and bookings on BookingSync will be synced automatically with our CheKin platform too, and guests information collected by CheKin Software will be synced back to BookingSync account.
How will the whole process between BookingSync & Chekin looks?
1) Once hosts get a confirmed booking, a few days before the check-in, their guests will be asked to register online via the CheKin form automatically generated for them (bookings’ information will be pre-filled thanks to the sync of data from BookingSync). Within the same link, guests can sign the rental agreement, validate their identity by taking a selfie and a picture of their ID and pay the tourist tax related to their stay (if features activated).
2) The data will automatically be sent to local authorities and the required documentation will be generated and stored on the Chekin dashboard for the time needed. Information about the guests will also be synced back to BookingSync!
3) If hosts usually remotely give access to guests to their accommodations, Chekin first verify their identity online and then send automatically a code to them to open the door of the property
