Dubai Government Rolls Out Tourism Dirham System 2.0 for Lodging Businesses- DTCM Police

Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism has rolled out the Tourism Dirham system 2.0 (HH 2.0) for lodging businesses, starting April 1st, 2024. This upgraded system covers all guest stay processes and fees, aiming to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

While the previous system (DTCM- HH 1.0) continues for Holiday Homes Unit Permits, guest check-out procedures will gradually transition to HH 2.0 until April 30th, 2024. To facilitate this transition, the department has provided comprehensive documentation, including User Guides for HH 2.0 and UTP Application, as well as a set of Common Questions & Answers.
