        The legal bases for the processing of your personal data as a host may be:

          – Identification data: Name, surname(s), DNI/NIE/Passport.

          – Contact details: Email, telephone.

          – Accommodation data: Address of the property, property data.

          – Invoicing and payment data: Bank information for the management of payments and collections.

          – Platform usage data: Actions carried out within the application.

          5. How long will we keep your personal data?

            Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the correct provision of the service offered as well as to meet the responsibilities that may arise from the same and any other legal requirement.

            6. To which recipients will your data be disclosed? 

              Chekin Soluciones Digitales, S.L. will not communicate your data to any third party, unless expressly informed of this.

              Additionally, we inform you that certain data, by virtue of the regulations in force or the contractual relationship that you maintain with Chekin Soluciones Digitales, S.L, may be communicated to:

              – Banks and financial institutions for the collection of contracted services and/or purchased products.

              – Public administrations with competence in the sectors in which Chekin Soluciones Digitales, S.L. operates, when so established by the regulations in force.
