We are happy to announce to all our austrian and german clients we have just completed the integration with Feratel. With this collaboration, we will be able to send to Feratel portal all the data of the guests automatically for city tax reporting purposes.
Chekin and Feratel’s integration
With Chekin solution you will be able to save time and money by requesting your guests to register online.
They will receive a link to complete online the check-in by their phone.
With those data we generate the guest registration form and store it for the time required by law.
We also provide the technology to verify the guest identity: guests will take a photo of their ID and a selfie; we compare both photos using our biometric match technology and if there is match between the 2 pictures we send to guests a virtual key to access your accommodation remotely in case you own a smart lock.
You can also collect tourist taxes requesting your guests to pay online.
We calculate the taxes depending on your country, region, type of property and number of adults/children.
We will send all the data to feratel and you will manage the payment within Feratel’s portal.
