How does the integration work?
- Eviivo suite allows hosts to manage all bookings from their website and portals such as Booking.com, Airbnb in one calendar. This means that all guest information is in one place and is automatically sent to Chekin. A few days before arrival, your guests will be asked to register online via a Chekin form automatically generated for them.
- On the same link, guests will be able to sign the rental contract, verify their identity remotely by taking a selfie and a photo of their ID, and pay the tourist tax related to their stay (if the functionalities are activated in the Chekin control panel).
- The guest data will be automatically sent to the local authorities (if required in your country) and the necessary documentation will be generated and stored in the Chekin dashboard for as long as required.
- If hosts allow their guests remote access to their accommodation (Self check-in), Chekin will first verify guests’ identity online and then automatically send them a code to open the door of the property.
This integration provides an all-in-one solution for hosts, allowing them to have a complete digital system from booking to check-out.
